Based on the determinants you described create a logic
framework for the project that outlines the causal pathways.
How might the incinerator affect health outcomes? What data
sources would you use to evaluate potential impacts? What
proximal and intermediate impacts would mediate the health
outcomes? It would be easiest if you draft this on a
separate sheet of paper.
Hint: Start with four headings - Policy/Project;
Proximal Impacts; Intermediate Outcomes; Health Outcomes.
The policy/project would be the incinerator. How might the
placement of the incinerator cause health impacts for
residents of Merryville?
