For AICP members – steps to report CM credits to log:
Please visit us at
www.planning.org/cm/search and follow these steps to log the event on our new website:

Login using your ID# and password.

Under CM Activities – Browse, Click “Distance Learning”

Locate you’re the activity and click on them once. You will find “Planning for Healthy Places with Health Impact Assessments” on page 2

Once you have located your event click on it once and a pop out box will appear.

Under the tab “Add to my log” you will rate the event (from drop down list)

Optional – add a comment and check if you would like the comment published

Answer the ethical obligations questions

Click submit (after all required fields completed) credit will appear in CM log
